We reserve the right to require a signature on any order at our discretion due to security concerns. If you are underage, DO NOT order with us. We take fraud and underage orders very seriously and are obligated to report all credit card fraud to the authorities. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE. WE WILL FLAG YOUR ORDER.
MostĀ orders are shipped within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We do everything in our power to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but orders can be held up due to unforeseen circumstances. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if there is a problem with your shipment - we are very glad to assist you and ensure that you receive your item(s).
*Due to the new regulations in the PACT act, UPS & Fed Ex will no longer ship vaporizers or vaping-relatedĀ products. If your order contains any vaping-relatedĀ products such as vaporizers or vape atomizers, those items will be shipped separately viaĀ USPS. This means that your order will be shippedĀ partly with UPS and partly with the USPS, so pleaseĀ check your invoice for those separate trackingĀ numbers, and be aware that you may receive oneĀ part of your order before the rest of it arrives.*
